“Intercom Holding” Group of Companies and Kaluga region Government signed an Agreement on cooperation in development and modernization of Kaluga region Housing and Communal Service Facilities (HCSF). This event took place on February 18, 2004, during the Forum of Investors at Kaluga.

The main purposes of the Agreement are: to construct new provider-consumer relations within the sphere of high-quality public utilities rendering, to cut down operating and administration costs, to elaborate recommendations for optimization of organizations management.

The first stage of realization of the agreement, that has been reached, was signing of the agreements with three municipal subdivisions: Kondorovo city, Dzerjinskiy district and Polotnianiy Zavod settlement. In the course of negotiations with the subdivisions governors there were determined the projects for the top-priority realization and plan of joint actions.

“Intercom Holding” Group of Companies considers the volume of investments about 100 millions USD (3 billion roubles) for 3 years.
