Intercom Holding Group of Companies is engaged in extraction and sale of oil business, owns Oil fields at Saratov Region, Komi Republic and Dagestan. At present Holding is interested in partnership with the leading Oil-and-Gas world companies for joint Oil production and Oil fields purchase.

JSC Financial–Industrial Company (FIC) “NeftgasInvestCapital” according to Licence carry out Oil extracting and well repair operations in Dagestan. The structural subdivision of “Intercom Holding” group of companies – JSC Ltd. “Saratov-Nedra” is carrying out geological prospecting works at the perspective region of Caspian Side depression (Saratov Region). Group of Companies “Intercom Holding” starts investment project of prospecting and exploitation of the purchased Oil deposit (with the total area of 1300 km²) in Saratov Region.

1. Dagestan Republic

“Financial and Industrial Company (FIC) “Neftegasinvest capital” concluded the oil and gas wells reconstruction and repair treaty in March 2003 with the first-rate hydrocarbon extracting enterprise JSC “NK “Rosneft-Dagneft” operating in Dagestan.

This agreement is fulfilled by specialized “FIC “Neftegasinvest capital” subdivision.

Several wells of the North Dagestan oilfields (Tianetskoye, Centralnoe, Solonchakhovoe, Ozernoe), which had been temporarily shut-in for 10 years were repaired. At the beginning of 2004 their output amounted to 7000 tons of high-quality oil, which was exported.

Wells repair work at some more 15 wells is in the closest prospects, and it’ll enlarge the well stock up to 30 wells with annual output about 200000 tons.

In addition to the repair work JSC Ltd. “FIC “Neftgasinvest capital” plans to drill several exploratory holes jointly with JSC “Dagneft” structures.

2. Saratov Region

The joining of JSC Ltd. “Saratov Nedra” and Intercom Holding group of companies in September 2003 started realization of oil and gas projects in Saratov region.

JSC Ltd. “Saratov-Nedra” has the license for geological study of Yeruslanskiy subsurface area. At the moment of the issue of licenses the resources were estimated at 317 millions tons of equivalent fuel.

The license area is located in Krasnokhutskiy and Piterskiy districts of Saratov administrative region. Saratov Zavoljye region is the geographical location of Yeruslanskiy license area.

The asphalt highway connects the operations area with the Enghels city.  Saratov-Astrakhan railroad crosses the license area in the west and Saratov-Alexanrov Guy railroad crosses the area from northwest to southeast.

Intrafield pipeline network is located in the fields, westwards of the operations area. Yeruslanskiy license area amounts to 1320 km².

At present the contractor JSK “Saratovneftegeophizika” is making detailed seismic prospecting operations at the Yeruslanskiy license area with the volume of 470 linear km. It is planned in 2004 year to make stage-by-stage drilling of prospecting wells (with the depth of 1500-4700m) with participation of design and drilling contractors.

When the set of exploration works at Yeruslanskiy area will be completed, its recoverable reserves can make 50-100 millions tones of equivalent fuel. 

The Intercom Holding group of companies considers Tymano-Pechorskaya province of Komi Republic and Nenets Autonomous region as a priority line of oil-and-gas projects development.

JSC Ltd. “Komioil” with a legal address in Syktyvkar was established within the framework of the Holding for realization of the projects in Komi Republic.

JSC Ltd. “Komioil” submitted a claim for subsurface user right licenses of 3 areas: Yuzno-Zverinetskiy, Zverinetskiy-I and Zverinetskiy-II. The license areas are situated on the territory of Pechoro-Kolvinskaya oil-and-gas bearing region.

At the moment of the issue of licenses the areas resources were estimated at 25,7 million tons.

The territory of Usinskiy administrative region of Komi Republic is the location of the areas, which are situated on the territory of Pechora lowland.The Usinsk city is situated 35 km westwards from the east border of the area and the railway line links it to the North Railroad station Synia. Usinsk-Yaroslavl oil pipe line and gas pipe line to the city Pechora have been built close to railway line. The water transport way is Pechora-River.

Two wells have been drilled (Lekhjuskaya, Yuzno-Zverinetskaya) at Yuzno-Zverinetdskaya area.

It is evident, that these reserves shall be substantially increased.
